"I would give Renee Estes at least 6 stars on a 5 star scale. We didn't have an expensive McMansion with a large commission, but a modest home. Didn't seem to make a difference to Renee; she was there 24/7 for us. It was a sale that had difficulties, particularly the bureaucratic kind, and Renee walked us through each one giving us encouragement at each step. We live a hundred miles away from the home we were selling so we couldn't be on site to handle some problems ourselves. At one point Renee even sent her husband out to deal with a problem personally so the appraiser would sign off that the work required had been fixed. I am in my 60's. I looking for a house about 25 miles away. Moving by myself. It was very hard for me and on me. Renee always cheered me up. A couple houses sold in the morning, we of course arrived in the afternoon. Very discouraging. So we kept looking, and looking.
